Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 3-5 business days. Once the package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs. You will need to file a claim with USPS for any package that has not been delivered after 7 business days or has been damaged, and they will reimburse you for the cost of the items. In the meantime, you are free to place another order with us and we will ship it out to you. Again, we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages and will not refund you for loss or damage. USPS will reimburse you after filing a claim. Thank you for your understanding!
