Breathe Easy Balm was made for coughs & congestion in mind where you would need your airway passages opened up. You can rub this soothing balm directly to the chest or under the nose to help open up congestion! Mugwort is known to improve circulation, mullein helps soothe the lungs and helps mucus come up and out, and eucalyptus and peppermint will help open up the airways!
