Catnip (Nepeta cataria) is a member of the mint family and is well known for its ability to have stimulating effects on cats! In humans, it does the opposite! It helps to gently calm a frazzled nervous system with its nervine effect. 

Catnip is great for feelings of panic or overwhelm, restlessness, and anxiety. 

It also has antispasmodic effects, making it supportive for gas cramping and upset stomachs. 

It is a known febrifuge, meaning it can help bring down fevers.

Catnip is in a lot of popular teething tinctures, as it can help relieve pain associated oral discomfort and teething! 

Our catnip tincture is made with fresh catnip grown organically which captures the plant at the height of its vibrancy as opposed to a dried herb.
