Cordyceps elixir

This cordyceps mushroom elixir uses a triple extract method I learned from Arielle De Martinez (you can find her website at arielledemartinez.com along with her course offerings) and utilizes both heat and alcohol extraction to get as much of the beneficial polysaccharides into the elixir as possible.

Ingredients: wildcrafted cordyceps mushroom, 190 proof alcohol, non-GMO palm derived glycerin, raw local honey, reverse osmosis water 

Cordyceps is treasured in traditional chinese medicine for many reasons. It aids in providing oxygen to cells and increasing cellular energy (ATP) which can help alleviate fatigue and support stamina and athletic endurance. It also acts as an adaptogen, helping the body adapt better to stress and bring a calm energy without the jitters of caffeine. This is why cordyceps is best taken in the morning!
